Opening order:
No minimums on reorders! All case packs are limited to one design each. Band case packs either come in a variety of elastic colors or one elastic color.
Bands case pack = 4 units
Pottery case pack = 4 units
MSRP:
MudLOVE products have a suggested retail price that we encourage retailers to follow to achieve the best results. Retailers have the right to price above the MSRP, but may not charge less than our MSRP on a consistent basis. The only time retailers are permitted to charge less are on short-term sales or to achieve a perceived lower price.
Ecommerce:
MudLOVE does not allow goods to be sold on third party sites such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc. Goods being sold online must be through the retailer’s website and must use product images & descriptions approved by MudLOVE.
Errors/Defects:
Please inspect your order upon arrival for good quality, proper quantities, and correct specifications. Below are instructions and policies if an incident occurs:
Quality/Damage Issue:
All MudLOVE products are handcrafted and may have slight variances in size and glaze color. If you feel the product does not meet your quality standards, please photograph the issue and email it to wholesale@mudlove.com. If the product was damaged during shipping, please photograph the damage and email it to wholesale@mudlove.com. MudLOVE will reimburse the retailer for the damage or replace the damaged product.
Quantity Issue:
If there is a shortage on the order, retailers can either have the missing product sent to them or request to receive a refund for the missing product. If there is a slight overabundance (1-8 units) of product, then retailers can keep the product without needing to contact MudLOVE. If the overabundance exceeds 8 or more products, MudLOVE would appreciate being notified at wholesale@mudlove.com.
Wrong Specifications:
If the product received is incorrect, please email wholesale@mudlove.com or call 844-MudLOVE and MudLOVE will work with the retailer to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Returns/Cancellations:
The Retailer is only allowed to receive a fully refunded return if the order does not meet MudLOVE’s quality standards. MudLOVE will not purchase product back if it is not wanted anymore. Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to shipping stock products, and one week prior to shipping custom products. If the Retailer cannot meet this requirement, they are subject to paying the invoice in full.
Customization:
There is a one-time setup fee of $50 for custom products. The fee applies to each individual design. Custom products will take 1-2 weeks longer to produce, depending on the product/volume.
Product Replacement Guarantee:
MudLOVE has a product replacement guarantee for every product sold. If a customer or Retailer accidentally breaks any product, MudLOVE replaces it for free, the customer just pays shipping. Retailers are welcome to participate in this offer at their own store, but it is not required. If customers come in asking for a replacement, have them email customercare@mudlove.com with a photo of the broken product, and MudLOVE will send them a replacement at no charge for the product, the customer only pays for shipping.
Brand Loyalty:
MudLOVE thrives on brand loyal customers. Although you will not be able to carry all possible options of our product, we encourage you to direct people to our website to meet their needs. We believe the secret ingredient to loyal customers is great customer service. As we get calls and learn of people’s whereabouts, we will try our best to direct them to the nearest MudLOVE retailer.
Communication:
We view every retail collaboration as a partnership. When listing product details for a sign in your store, or in a description on your website, we ask that you credit MudLOVE as the maker of the products. When mentioning our giving model (each product purchased provides 1 week of clean water to someone in need in the Central African Republic), we ask that you give credit to our nonprofit partner, Water for Good. As we find opportunities to highlight and recognize your own company and mission, we expect you to in return give proper acknowledgment to both MudLOVE and Water for Good. This concept also applies to social media posts, where you should tag @mudlove and @water_for_good in any related product photos.
Misrepresentation:
MudLOVE holds the right to cancel any wholesale partnership due to a misrepresentation of the company. In this event, you will no longer be able to place wholesale orders through MudLOVE.
Payment:
When ordering online, the payment can be processed upfront or when the order ships. If payment is upfront, it can be processed with credit card. If the Retailer chooses to pay when the order ships, they must enter their credit card information online after their order is placed. MudLOVE will process the credit card payment when the order ships.
